GENERAL RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

General Return Policy
El Pinto Foods, LLC does not use preservatives or additives in the manufacuturing process of our food products. Therefore, our food products have a shorter shelf-life once opened than most products produced by our competitors. In general our products will remain fresh for 5-7 days if properly refrigerated. The benefit is a better, healthier and all natural product for our consumers. Due to the fragile nature and packaging of our products and to avoid possible contamination or bacteria into our processsing facility, our general return policy is as follows:

All sales final. No refunds. No returns.

General Exchange Policy
Exchanges are allowed for the same item only within 15 days of date of purchase. Please request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) through our online RMA form within 15 days from the date of purchase.

Please note that it takes us 3 to 5 business days to process RMA requests once submitted. You will be notified concerning the correct exchange proceedure for your existing products once we approve your exchange request and issue an RMA number. You may exhange new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by El Pinto online only and not sold to you through your local grocer or retailer.

Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Request
To request a RMA number: please login to your customer account, select “View Previous Orders”, select “Order Details” for the order number you containing the product(s) you would like to return, scroll to the bottom of the order, select “request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)” and fill out the form.

Shipping Charges
If the requested exchange is not due to our error in fulfillment or shipping, you will be assessed additional shipping charges to deliver new product to you.

Eligibility
Items that are not eligible for exchange include:

  • Any product missing its UPC label
  • Products purchased more than 15 days ago
  • Gift Cards
  • Any item opened or has obvious signs of use
  • Any item not returned in the condition it was received
Exception To Exchange Policy
Exchange requests made more than 15 days from date of purchase will not be eligible for exchange in which case our General Return Policy will apply.
