Green Chile Meat Balls
Ingredients
- 2 LBS RAW GROUND BEEF
- 2 JARS EL PINTO GREEN CHILE SAUCE
- 3 WHOLE EGGS
- 1/2 CUP BREAD CRUMBS
- 1/2 TSP SALT
- 1/2 TSP GRANULATED GARLIC
- 1/2 TSP BLACK PEPPER
Steps
In medium size mixing bowl add ground beef
Add raw eggs
Add Green Chile Sauce
Mix these together well
Add spices, and then bread crumbs
Mix again well
If availbale use a #40 scoop and scoop out meat balls and roll into balls
If not take about a 1 oz of meat and roll into balls
Place meat balls on greased baking pan
Bake at 325 degrees for 10 minutes, pull from oven drain juice and place in oven for another 10 minutes
While meat balls are cooking heat up one more jar of Green Chile Sauce
Remove meat balls from oven and mix hot Green Chile Sauce over cooked meat balls
Meat balls are now ready, garnish with graded Cheddar and Jack cheese and fresh sliced Green Onions
