El Pinto is the Spot to be During the 2021 Balloon Fiesta.
Iconic El Pinto Restaurant & Cantina is a must visit during Balloon Fiesta. Located 1.5 miles from Balloon Fiesta Field it is where pilots, spectators and VIP guests come to enjoy the camaraderie and Spirit of Fiesta.
(From Balloon Fiesta Field go north on I-25 and exit Tramway/Roy heading west or take Alameda west to 4th St. and turn right heading North)
Reservations are available at ElPinto.com. If a reservation is not available the Cantina has first come first serve seating with a full menu. Additionally, seating is held for walk in guests as is available.
Current decrees by the Governor require face masks indoor unless seated for dining. Fortunately 80% of El Pinto dining uses open air patios with free air flow. We encourage guests to use personal caution according to advice from their individual medical professional. All El Pinto staff members are monitored daily for their health.
El Pinto has a largest Tequila bar in the Southwest and one of the largest in the United States with over 180 different bottles of 100% blue webber agave with an additional 40 agave Mezcals and Sotols. Each margarita is hand shaken using fresh squeezed juice, organic sugar, coupled with an orange liqueur of your choice.
Our seating ranges over eight different patios which are covered and heated for cool Balloon Fiesta evenings. Indoor dining is in multiple hacienda style rooms, each with their own personality and feel. Seating allows over 1,000 guests separated among numerous rooms and patios, with multiple fountains, waterfalls, and fireplaces.
Come experience the tastes and sounds of New Mexico.

“The trees in the El Pinto park that cool the area were grown as saplings by my brother and I,” explains John Thomas. Birds now call the park home and it is a peaceful location on the side of El Pinto used for special occasions.
Reservations are not needed for the best yoga spot in town but reservations for brunch are needed. Enter the main entry and you will be directed through the patios to the park. If you know El Pinto, you can also use the side gate entering the park directly. Please bring a yoga mat. Margaritas during class are allowed as of July 1. Class begins at 10 a.m.
